What Is Ethanol Technology?

Ethanol fuel is used as fuel with the same type of ethyl alcohol found in alcoholic beverages. This fuel is mainly used as an automobile fuel as a biofuel additive for gasoline. Ethanol is usually made from biomass such as corn or sugarcane.

Ethanol Production Process:

Ethanol is commercially produced using a wet grinding or dry grinding process. Wheat starch is converted to ethanol during the fermentation process to produce carbon dioxide and distillate.

Use Of Ethanol:

Ethanol is a renewable fuel because it is produced in biomass. Ethanol is also cleaner and more completely burned than gasoline or diesel fuel. Ethanol reduces greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions because grains or other biomass used to make ethanol absorb carbon dioxide as it grows.

Excel Engineering & Consultants currently offers turnkey solutions for ethanol production from Sugarcane Juice, Sugar Cane Molasses and Sweet Sorghum. This plant is designed to remove water mixed with other compounds in various breweries that produce alcohol ("ethyl alcohol" or "ethanol"). Ethanol technology for beverage, fuel and industrial applications.

Our goal is to supply the technology to the distillation plant to meet the needs of each customer. Focus on energy savings, waste water reduction, and project management.
